Week 6 Part 2 – Identifying and Uprooting Fears

Making More Room for Joy

  • Fears are not natural or organic to us, they are passed down from family or learned from life experiences. Fears do not keep us safe. Our love, soul, and connection to God Source keeps us safe.
  • Our fears are housed in our negative ego/dark shadow self. When we bring our fears into the light of our awareness, we clear them out, and make more room for our spirit. When we can live more from our spirit/soul/God self/highest self, we can experience more peace and joy.

Observer Mode: take some relaxing deep breaths, and from a place of calm you will make observations about yourself.
